Son Lladó is an authentic Majorcan Manor, a farmhouse that dates back to the XVII. Since 2000, in addition to farming, Son Lladó also offers varios appartments/ farmhouses for holiday rental.

The farm houses are completely equipped, so that our clients can cater for themselves. Nevertheless, we offer optional services such as breakfast daily or upon request and a weekly dinner (based on a menu of the Mediterranean gastronomy, previously agreed with customers). Additionally, we offer at Finca Son Llado without any additional charges the following installations and services:

• This farmhouse in Majorca has a Swimming pool, with a natural depuration method based on saline electrolysis and surrounded by a spacious sun terrace to enjoy the Majorcan sun
• A covered terrace, next to the swimming pool, with dining tables and a bar (without bar service, “honest bar”).
• Barbecue facilities
• A communal laundry space with washing machine and an area to hang up the washing and ironing facility
• Roof covered parking area
• Ponies for the children
• Horse of shot with vehicle, for strolls in the own property (activity organized once per week)
• Cycling routes and trips around Majorca.

• 23 ha of cultivated farm land and 1ha of Mediterranean forest with pathways for walks

STAY OFFERS

Five appartments or farmhouses are available at Agroturisme Finca Son Lladó, which are fully equipped/ furnished and have an independent entrance/ offer completely independence to its guests. They are being offered at a base price which includes the stay and a room cleaning service every four days. As an additional service, it is possible to order breakfast and daily room cleaning.

The apartments are completely equipped with a kitchen that comprises fridge, ceramic hob, a micro wave stove, a coffee machine and all necessary dishes and cutlery to cook and set the table, as well as bed sheets and towels and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating powered by solar energy and an additional wood stove.

The general room distribution, same in all the houses is: living and dining room, kitchen, sleeping rooms and bathrooms depending on size and a private terrace. All the houses have Smart TV and an internet connection (wifi).
